Recently started having issues with the dataset refresh. We use deployment pipelines, api refresh and we are on premium.
Dev copy refreshes without any issues, usually 7-8 min. Prod started having issues where it will be running ok and then all of a sudden refresh is stuck for many hours and we have to cancel it. Last hiccup like that lasted more than a day, where that same dataset refrshes in dev and in test but prod just won't.
We opened a ticket with microsoft but the problem seemed to go away for a few days (on its own, no idea how). Now since yesterday it's the same story, unable to refresh, gets hung for many hours. Any idea where the issue may be?
The error we get is a timeout error suggesting the dataset is too big, which does not make sense since all days prior it was refreshed in 7-8 min. Checked the size it's only 356 MB
