Hello All,
Thanks for taking time to look at this issue.
Suddenly, since September 27th, most of my MySQL datasets have been failing to refresh via the service.. this seems to work fine if I download it to the desktop and refresh but not on the service.
I get this error:
Underlying error code: -2147467259
Table: table_name .Underlying error message: MySQL: Fatal error encountered during data read.
I get the same error across datasets on multiple tables. However, this is not a problem if I download the dataset, refresh it and publish it back in the service. Can you please give me pointers on how to go about solving this issue?
Thanks,
Bharath

So, I reached out to the IT team and they patched the server gateway with the latest update and things seem to be working fine for now. I will post an update to this once the issue is confirmed as resolved 🙂
