Cannot share a report

Hi Community, 

i have this issue with some of my colleagues when I try to share with them a report located in a company's APP.

This is what happens according to my peer:

Sorry still not working. It’s trying to do something but it’s stuck in a weird loop. I can see the website address in the bar up the top switching from one web page to another.

First it has this:

Then it jumps to this:

Then back again.

do you know any reason why?
