Cannot share a report

Hi Community, 

i have this issue with some of my colleagues when I try to share with them a report located in a company's APP.

This is what happens according to my peer:

Sorry still not working. It’s trying to do something but it’s stuck in a weird loop. I can see the website address in the bar up the top switching from one web page to another.

First it has this:

https://app.powerbi.com/groups/ead0fdec-2780-43bb-838a-89a2ee2d3f6c/reports/f2164df8-2cc6-419a-86ed-...

Then it jumps to this:

https://app.powerbi.com/groups/me/reports/f2164df8-2cc6-419a-86ed-12a03b4ae7fb/ReportSection37167c55...

Then back again.

do you know any reason why?
