Dataset not refreshing despite working connections

Hello,

My dataset seems to be unable to refresh despite all connections working. It comes up with the error message shown below.

I have had this problem before.
We utilise a Third Party API provider that pulls Data from multiple sources (mainly Xero) into our own allocated data warehouse. The problem usually arises when a User who has left the organisation uses their own credentials to set up their connectors, where once they have left the organisation the credentials are no longer valid and the data fails to load into Power BI.

The problem here, however, is that all the connections are healthy and when I load up Power Query for the Data Model, there are no errors coming up at all. All the table previews are loading in well, and there's no indication of a fault connection or missing tables.

Can someone please help?
