Dataset User Access

I need help pulling all the users and their access from each of the datasets on app.powerbi.com. 

Ideally, I love to pull them in through PowerQuery.

The API will let you get the users across the datasets.  You can do this in Power Query but not as easily in the Service.  This is the location:  Admin - REST API (Power BI Power BI REST APIs) | Microsoft Learn  Specifically, for users of datasets, I believe that this will do the trick:  Admin - Datasets GetDatasetUsersAsAdmin - REST API (Power BI Power BI REST APIs) | Microsoft Learn

Thank you, when I was reseaching this I came upon the same links. I am admin user on the service but I dont have access to the API, is that something that is seperate?
