Dataset Refresh Inconsistencies

Hi all,

We've noticed that our dataset refresh timing has had some inconsistencies as of late. The dataset size is consistent and loads from a dataflow. The dataflow loads within a normal range (+/- 2%), but the dataset loads can be up to 2x slower on certain days. We aren't overloading the capacity or have users in the workspace at that time in the morning. There weren't any changes to the dataflow or dataset made recently. 

Is this something anyone is experiencing? It's been happening more frequently since PBI rolled out Fabric.

Are you using Power BI Premium capacity? 

If you are have a look at the metrics app to see if there is anything else going on at that time?

If you are not on premium capacity because you are on shared resources at times it can take longer for the refreshes to happen.
