Dataflows - Scheduled Refresh Times

I have a dataflow scheduled to refresh twice a day - once at 6:00 am and then again at 11:30 am. 

While the dataflow is refreshing twice per day, it's refreshing at 12:00 am and then at 5:30 am.

Has anyone else experienced issues with dataflows scheduled refreshes not occuring at the scheduled times?

please also confirm that did you set the same timezone as yours for the refresh time?
