Hi,
I'm struggling with refresh of Linked entities in Dataflows, which I find a bit counter-intuitive and I experience that the data in my transformation dataflow becomes out-of-sync.
The issue is related to linked refresh of Dataflows, when I have two parallell staging dataflows and one transformation dataflow.
Each time I refresh "Staging dataflow A", then "Transformation dataflow" also gets refreshed (linked refresh). BUT: not all the data in Transformation dataflow gets refreshed when the linked refresh runs. ONLY the data which comes from Staging dataflow A. This leaves my Transformation dataflow in an out-of-sync state, because I have fresh data from Staging dataflow A but old data from Staging dataflow B.
When I connect to the dataflow from Power BI Desktop, I can clearly see that the data in the dataflow is out-of-sync:
