Dataflows - Enhanced Compute Engine

Do Microsoft Fabric capacities offer enhanced compute engine feature for dataflows? Just wondering whether we need a PPU license to get this feature or Fabric F2 capacity will work. Thank you

The document shows that enabling this feature requires A3 or higher capacity.
