Dataflow refresh time out or fail

Hi All,

since two weeks my dataflows are not updating in the morning EU time. Refreshs are running for hours before they get cancelled.

I never had issues with these sets - started app. two weeks ago. No matter if small or largers sets.

Are there any issues on the pbi service side?

During the investigation we found similar problems with other users and have reported ICM internally

(ICM:267631884 278040100
The PG team will do their best to fix this issue, and I will give you feedback here if there is any progress.

Could you provide any update on the issue status and Micrososft progress. We are also facing the similar issue and it is impacting global users.

Hi @Abhimanyus ,

 

Engineers are still working hard to fix this issue, but there are no updates available at this time.

 

“we are trying to steer away from by recommending more gateway instances are installed that do not often go beyond average 50% memory and CPU utilization. The gateway internally sets these resource governance limits for maximum performance, while avoiding undefined behavior at the limits of memory and CPU.”

I am also experiencing issues regarding a dataflow refresh. Dataflows that were scheduled for 6AM CST were running for about 10hours and then were manually cancelled. Other non-dataflow scheduled refreshes are working as expected. Is there an issue with the PBI service?
