The last two days, my scheduled dataflows gives an error while refreshing (Error: We encountered an error while performing the refresh. Please try again. If the issue persists contact Support.). When I refresh manually, the refresh completed successfully. But still, I would like to know what caused the two errors in order to prevent this kind of errors in the future.
Dataflow 1 (day one): Request ID: 98e84dc8-aeb0-41db-9a93-872f84b1697c Activity ID: 13acab3a-10ef-413a-9f0f-d8ebddf78f86
Dataflow 2 (day two): Request ID: 88ba0b2b-8839-4de4-8bec-e8858795ff5b Activity ID: a9e9fe9d-537b-4d6d-8147-2dbe84626064

Hi @Janee
Thanks for using the Microsoft Fabric Community.
The error message is generic, making it difficult to determine the exact cause. Since the manual refresh was successful, the issue is likely due to temporary connectivity issues, as mentioned by @Akash_Varuna.
Refresh failures can also occur due to expired credentials. Try clearing your browser cache and re-authenticating.
Additionally, there are certain refresh limitations for Dataflows that you may want to review: Dataflow Gen2 refresh - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn.
If the issue persists, please raise a support ticket :Microsoft Fabric Support and Status | Microsoft Fabric and share the Request ID and Activity ID for further investigation.
Hope this gets resolved soon! Feel free to reach out for further assistance.
If this post helps, please consider accepting it as the solution to help other members find it more quickly. A kudos would also be appreciated!
Thank you.

Hi @Janee This might be due to temporary connectivity issues or token expiration during scheduled refresh. Since manual refresh works, it's likely intermittent.
Try checking service health, data source stability, and OAuth token settings. If it persists, adjust the refresh time or contact Microsoft support with the Request and Activity IDs.
