Dataflow Strange error

This error could be and easy one to solve but... I didn't use excel spreadsheet in the query.
Here is the situation, it works fine until the very last step. No clue how the ... this error could appear

Had the same situation in other query but then decided to use dax instead

It might be a microsoft server error, because all query work fine in Power BI desktop.

Rename "Sheet2" to "Sheet1", I think that's where the mismatch happened

I'll try to explain again,
I'm pulling info to dataflow from excel files in sharepoint folder. Each one has the same pattern in name, and it has same sheet name. This query works good.
Then I reffer to this query in another query.
Works all good until, for example "groupped by" step. And it gives me erro that key doesn't match any row in the table which gives no sense.
