I'm suddenly getting dataflow refresh issues where it's timing out. I haven't changed anything from our side. Anyone getting this issue?

If you still have this issue for Power BI, you'd better create a support ticket in Power BI Support , Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET" to get further help.

I can't offer any help on a solution, but I have been seeing the same thing. I've been trying to find a solution for this myself, which led me here.
I set up a new dataflow (pulling about 40MB of data via SQL/ODBC from an On-Site Gateway) a few days ago, and it worked fine until yesterday mid-day, at which time refreshes started taking over 3 hours and often failed.
I'm going thru the same thing!
I've been working with Microsoft support for the past 2 days, they have all my logs but no solution yet.
Just as confusingly as it started, it seems to have resolved itself for me (for now). I haven't had a single refresh failure in 3 days now.
