Hi,
Any inputs on the following please:
1) I want to be able to trigger a full load of dataflow entity based on detect change feature. This is currently not possible unless storage window is same as refresh window. In terms of performance its a trade off between time it takes to load full data even when there's no new/updated data Versus time taken to check all partitions to not trigger a load. Is it possible to make the later any faster by keeping same storage and refresh windows
2) What happens when a dataflow load fails for say 5 days but the refresh window is set to 2 days. On the next refresh run, will dataflow autotmatically does 5 + 2 days of refresh ?
3) Current design pattern is to have one entity per dataflow so that entities are refreshed independent to one other. any pro's or cons with this approach?
Thanks
Hi , @RakeshSinghr
I don't have much experience in RS . I am not sure about some points in your question.
1.Storage window and refresh window in your first question refer to what ?
2.Dataflow refresh in your second question means what ? Increment refresh ?
