Dataflow Internal Error

Hi guys,

all my dataflows on Power BI Service are not working. I cannot refresh an existing. all are failing with below error

DataflowInternalError: DataflowInternalError
Details:
Error=DataflowInternalError
RequestId=a9f11acc-e0ca-4729-b20c-acb3c902d0a5
RequestUrl=https://df-msit-scus-redirect.analysis.windows.net/metadata/v201606/cdsa/dataflows/78828ffd-e5d4-4b2...

Could someone help me here. Any help will really appriciate.

Hi, @vtarangc 

According to your error message, here are some tips you can try to follow and check:

1. Try to logout and login again to the service.
2. Check the Gateway settings and make sure it is up and running, like this:

3. Check the Data Source path and settings, then update your credential if it’s possible:

4. You can also check if it will succeed if you manually refresh the data model yourself.

If the problem still exsit, I suggest you try to open a Power BI support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
