DataFlow

When I try to create a dataflow, I get this error "Invalid credentials. (Session ID: f7735ef0-9937-40e4-bce1-29120b5e9c57, Region: europe)". Can anyone help me to solve this problem?

Hi  @LuisMartins ,

Could you please make sure that you have configured gateway for your database and you could check if the credential is correct in your gateway and be same withe the credentials in your dataflow.

You can also check the following:

  1. Since it's a Windows authentication, please check if your account has enough permission.
  2. One DataFlow can only use one Gateway. Please don't change the gateway when you add more entities.
  3. Check the entered URL, username and password, you will also receive this error message if you enter the wrong one.
  4.   Another reason could be wrong source selection like SharePoint Online List source & SharePoint List source.

Hi Liu,

What if the above still does not work and we keep getting an error for Invalid Credentials Region Europe?

1. Gateway is properly set, up and running, tested and working

2. tried to connect both to local file or OneDrive stored version. Ensured URL is properly spelled in both situation.

3. Authorization mode is Windows only. Properly typed domain name and password.

I'm using a free trial account at the moment to test the service, but don't think may cause the issue.
Many thanks for your advice and patience
