DataFlow issue when Taking Over (Failed to Update data Source Credentials)

We have a data flow connected to an Azure SQL data base. We dont change the password or anything here.

When someone takes over a dataflow it looks like they have to readd the password and user name

So we go in and edit credentials and we all get this

And one of us who tried it ended up getting duplicates (And we cant delete them)

But the odd thing is that we then go to the actual dataflow. Go into it, change things and save and it all works fine. And then when you go back. this seems to be sorted. But its very confusing.

Just accessed the database no problems with the PowerBI login and password on the sql database itsself as a test

Has anyone got any ideas on what we can do our end or if this might be a Power BI issue?
