Data source is offline - suspected is Exchange (Mail) issue - But Refresh Status Complete

I have configured the data gateway. I have 3 data source: Power BI Dataflow, SQL (for SAP Simplement) and Exchange (Mailbox). 

So for SQL, I connect it to the gateway and it is offline. For both Dataflow and Exchange, I put in my credential, no error pop out. 

However, when i refresh my data, it didn't shows any error but based on refresh history, it is completed in split secs and I checked my data is not refresh. Even scheduled refresh doesn't work too. 

I suspect is the Exchange issue but also cannot confirm. 

Anyone can help me with this?
