Data source is not visible by user

I have Admin right to manage gateway and I have added a data source and gave access to user A . User A and i am from same organizatin . Problem is user A when goes to app.powerBI.com user does not see any data source .

Also, when user try to publish any report to powerBI service it is not able to use this data source .( user A is using same server name and dataabse name defined in data source) .

Any idea what could be wrong?

By my tests, I add the user B the to the data source in the Gateway and user B use the data source with the same server name and database name and publish to Power BI Service, everyhing works as expected.

Could you show more details about your scenario, you'd better share some screenshots so that we could find if any step is wrong?
