Data source error - DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_MashupDataAccessError

We are trying to refreshing this report through Gateway connected to MS Access, and got the below error message.  Does anyone encounter similar issue and resolved it?  Please advise.

My gateway is online and I am able to refresh on Power BI desktop.

My data sources are MS exchange and SQL Server. Scheduled refresh and on demand refresh fails with this error.

I am facing same error...

My model has XLSX and SQL queries merged in 1 table. This merge is causing the problem. If i refresh tables separately , it works fine.

Avoid merges, use the data model instead.

Can you explain this more? Im having the same issues. I have a Dataverse table that I am importing and merging which is causing the issue. Without the merge, the Dataverse table is refreshing just fine.

What do you mean by "use the data mode"?

Are you suggesting importing both the tables seperately, using UNION to merge them in PBI instead of PQ?

In the semantic model you can visually join tables via relationships. This will be running in memory so it will be a lot faster.

Access uses .ldb files for locking. Does the user in the gateway connection have write permissions?

Yes, the user has full permission to the location where access located.
