I'm presenting an issue with a dashboard that i published, this dashboard is getting the data from an SQL Server database, so when im trying to refresh the data from the published power bi, the following error appears:
So then i go the Settings to check the credentials but they appear in grey and i cannot take a look to see wheres the error or if need anything else, i only have the option to take a look into the gateway connection, i dont know if i need that or what to expect.
So theres any way to enabled this step or what else i can or need to do
Hi @Anonymous
Click on the arrow next to Gateway Connection, once you expand that then the Data Source Credentials should then be enabled.
I think this might be some type of bug at the moment.
Sorry, i't didnt't work, i don't why but like 4 days ago i could access to that part but today that i published again this PBi it's not letting me to do it.
