Basically, I built code which creates the exact datasets I need through APIs and exports it to an excel file. I'm using this excel file for a report which I published and I want to replace the excel file with a newer version. All column names are the same, just updated data. How can I achieve this?

Hi @BigMode ,
You need to export a new version excel file and save it with the same file name exported before, then use replace the older excel file with the new version excel file, then refresh it in Power BI Desktop, if you want to set schedule refresh in Power BI Service Portal, you need to install and configure gateway.
