Data pane jumps up when trying to select a column/measure (Service > Edit)

This is driving me crazy!  While in edit mode on the web service, I add a page and a table to quickly put together a few details to answer a question / export some data.  Every time I click on a column or measure to add it to the table the data pane jumps up for no decernable reason.  I then have to scroll back down and try again.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Yes, driving me nuts. Almost us much as having to sign up for this forum everytime i want to post someting.

can you open an issue with what are you facing in the following link and microsoft support will investigate it and report it to the production team for fix.
