I have about 15 reports that I have on a scheduled refresh overnight. Power BI says the refresh completes successfully every night, but I noticed it isn't updating the data. I have to open each report and manually refresh and republish to get the accurate data. Any help?

Post manual refresh, is the data accurate?
Also, after the scheduled refresh, did you refresh the browser or report visuals once before viewing it? After the refresh is successful, you need to refresh the browser or visuals at least in order to make effect. Try in Incognito mode once post the scheduled refresh.

Yes, the data is accurate after manual refresh. Even when I refresh the browser the data doesn't update.

If that's the case, then it surely seems to be a bug.
You can do the below things:
1. Check in incognito mode - To verify if issue is because of cache
2. Check in another browser - To verify if issue is because of browser
3. Check for another user - To verify if issue is user-specific
4. Check in another workspace - To verify if issue is workspace-specific
Please raise a ticket with MS after researching these so that they can check logs and tell you exact solution.
