Data is not showing for partner user

anyone can actually help to fix the access for the partner? they registered 3 days ago and they have 2 users trying to log in and not able to access. where is the actual support ?

If you have a Pro license you can open a Pro ticket at https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/newsupportticket/powerbi
Otherwise you can raise an issue at https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues .
