Data in powerbi service different

My data is correct in poewrbi desktop, but when publishing to the web it is incorrect. 

The total machine time measure is much larger(and incorrect).

 Powerbi.com and mobile app is incorrectDesktop version is correct

Is there any chance that this is a refresh of new data of a previously Publish To Web?  I ask because I and others have experienced a lag in the change of the published info.  That would be saying that it is not calculating incorrectly but rather the update has not yet worked thru to the url.

That's...weird? It looks like that for every value other than the 149 value the Service added exactly 300?

Didn't even notice that. Very wierd.

How is that column calculated? Maybe the Service is interpreting something differently in the formula.
