Data import renders 'querySelector' error

I'm creating a dashboard from scratch on Power BI Desktop, and I wish to establish a feed to SQL Server. When I navigate to do so, I receive the following response:

(power bi object doesn't support property or method queryselector)

A cursory Google search hints that isn't an issue common to Power BI, generally speaking it looks to be a JavaScript error. Given that this is a tabula rasa blank slate, I'm not sure what that error might be. Interestingly, the "Paste data into a blank table" option yields the same error, but the "Get data from Excel" option seems to work (leads me to the file explorer to select the desired worksheet)

At a bit of a loss here

tldr: Importing data via SQL Server yields "power bi object doesn't support property or method queryselector" error

Hi @rickcole ,

Yes, this is not a problem with powerbi itself. It's about configuration issues such as JS in the browser, as mentioned in the similar solution below.

javascript - Object doesn't support property or method 'querySelector' in IE 10 - Stack Overflow

angularjs - "Object doesn't support property or method 'querySelector'" shows when accessing site by...

If the problem has been solved, the correct response can be marked as the standard answer to help the other members find it more quickly. If not, please point it out.

Best Regards,
Henry

UPDATE:

I turned my attention to other tasks, and several (maybe 3) hours later, the error message was gone, and I could establish feeds to SQL Server. I can offer no insight as to its cause or its solution, but I am having no problems now
