is there a way to download the list of datasets to excel or something similiar?
ie like this
name type owner location refreshed endorsement sensitivity

In Power BI Desktop, you can choose between the following two ways.
1. Cope table - copy directly to Excel afterwards
2. Export table in Visual.
In Power BI Servcie, you can choose between the following two ways.
1. Export data from a Power BI visual to Excel with “Export Data”
2. Export large data sets from Power BI to Excel with “Analyze in Excel”
Both "Export data" and "Analyze in Excel" have restrictions on their use, you can check the following links::
