Hello Experts,
I have a Power BI Report that has the combination of data coming from Business Central and CRM. In this report I am joining multiple tables with other in the Power Query part. When I am refreshing the dataset on the Power BI Desktop it is getting refreshed without any error. But, when I refresh the same dataset on Power BI Service, it is showing this error.
I have tried increasing the command timeout as well, but seems that is not the issue.
Hi @punitkhatri ,
You can try to load the data to dataflow and see if it works or not.If you are using gateway connections then restart your gateway and try to refresh it again.
Thanks,
Sai Teja
Hey @punitkhatri ,
I don't think that this is a timeout issue. The Transport error is usually about the connection. This is often a network or permissions issue. You should confirm that all the firewalls and ports are open to the Service. You might need to run a fiddler trace or something like that to find the exact location of the problem.
