Hi,
In my company, we’ve been using an old Qnap as file storage. I didn’t have any problems whatsoever adding a new data source from files on the server. The company decided to upgrade Qnap to a newer version and that’s when my problem began. The administrators claim they have copied all access exactly like before, yet I can’t add files stored on the new server to the data gateway.
How can I prove to my administrator that it’s their fault? Or is it? How do I make sure I’m trying to log in with the correct credentials? I don’t necessarily want to copy to SharePoint or any other OneDrive.
Hi @piotr_gor ,
What is the exact error message reported, and can you provide some screenshots and describe it?
Best Regards,
Adamk Kong
