Data entered manually deleted after refresh

Hi,

On my report i use some tables from a SQL Database and i created a table with the "Enter Data" feature. In this table there are some additionnal informations needed for my report (5 rows). I want this table to be static so i disable the "Include in report refresh" option in Power Query. When i refresh the report in Power BI Desktop it works fine no issue.

Then I published it to Power Bi Service. When i refresh it works fine (No error message) but all my data in my custom table are deleted with no reason. (The table is still here but no rows)

Why ?

How can i fix that ?

Thanks for your help

Hi @TheophileB59,

Manually entered data is already considered static data, so unchecking the box "include in report refresh" isn't necessary. I suggest turning that on and try refreshing again.

Thanks for your answer, but it didn't work either 😞

I managed to get rid of this table by duplicating one of the SQL DB and did some transformations (remove duplicates, add custom columns) to have the same result.

So it works now but i'm still interested to now why my data were deleted.

Hi @TheophileB59 ,

Based on my test, I disable the "Include in report refresh" and refresh the dataset in Power BI Service but I didn't met your scenes, my my custom table is still exists with rows. Can you provide more information?
