Data connector "Sharepoint Folder" not automatically updating in Service

There must be something I'm not understanding about the automatic refresh from Sharepoint. 

I have folders with excel files in Sharepoint and am using get data with PBI Desktop to access those files. When publishing that file to Service, the only way to get those files to update with new data from those folders is by going into desktop, refreshing, then saving and refreshing the dataset in service. What am I missing about having that data refresh automatically?

Please check if the data source credential has been configured correctly via Settings-> Datasets-> Data source credentials.
