Data Source Credentials Issues

I am currently trying to schedule refreshes within my published Report. I am looking at my Data Source Credentials and it is telling me that it has failed to test the connection of the data source. When trying to edit the credentials, I am getting that the "Data source impact analysis is calculated for your current Power BI tenant, only."

 

Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Please advise and thank you in advanced.
