After I input a date/time for a dataset in the refresh it changes upon save. I have it set to 5:00 am central but changes to be 11:00pm central. Has anyone had this before?
Hi @KEO46
What browser are you using?
It's better recommended to use Edge

Please share your thoughts on one or another Chromium-based Browser (Google Chrome and Edge) impacting your ability to manage the Service and Gateways. I use both without any appreciable difference.
Are you using a Gateway, and is Direct Query in use?
Yes I am using a Gateway. No it is not a direct query. It is a import query.
Is the Gateway Personal or Enterprise? Are you the Administrator of this Gateway, and if not, you should touch base with that Administrator.
This resource document is helpful for some related issues.
I am not an adminstrator on the gateway. I have been on contact with them but they have no idea on why it is changing either.
This can't be Power BI or gateway related
Please refer to this

Would you ask the Admin to set the Refresh, and see if they have the same or different results?
We tried that too but they got the same results.
