Hello All,
I am getting a recurring issue within the PowerBi service regarding refresh schedules.
I keep getting a circular depedency was detected error on many of my reports.
When I go into the reports it doesnt indicate that there are any circular depedencies.
How do I resolve this issue when it comes to refreshing my data for schedule refresh.
Solved! Go to Solution.
Microsoft has acknowledged this issue. They are working on it. No ETA yet.
anyway, the relationship between Date and Actualincome would be better off with single filter propagation with 1:many.
I am experiencing this as well, also on a date field - as OP indicated, this issue is only occurring for me with the Power BI Online service, I am not able to replicate on Desktop.
do you have 1:1 elationship between your date table and other tables?
I have a 1 to many and a 1 to 1 relationship, the Date table always being on the one side.
Does it help if you change the 1:1 relationship that you have to 1:many?
yeah many are experiencing this bug.
Check the tips here:

ie change any 1:1 relationships to 1:many
When I change my 1:1 to 1:many I get the circular depedency error in the desktop and it doesnt allow me to alter it.
lols... do you mind sharing a snapshot of your complete model? of course censor whatever is needed
