Data Refresh Error

I have a PowerBI report which data source come from several SharePoint lists. When I refresh data in PowerBI desktop, it works well. But when I refresh data in PowerBI service(online), it failed and I received the following error message. Does anyone know what went wrong?

Have you checked the gateway and data source credentials and authentication Method?
