Data Refresh Error mesage

I'm trying to run a data refresh to the power BI service using a gateway connection  and am getting the following error message:

I have checked the server and there is plenty of disk space available so I'm stumped.  Any ideas?

Hi @jvmoore13

This error is occurring not because your gateway server from the data source you are getting it from. So please, if you could check with the Odata, owner as they potentially have disk space issues.

There’s an issue with the "PurchHeader" table. Refresh it in Power Query to see what’s going on, and it should be resolved.

Hi @jvmoore13 ,

Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Community forum.

@GilbertQ Thanks for your prompt response, In addition to that :

  • Ensure that the server has enough disk space available. If it's running low, try freeing up some space by deleting unnecessary files or moving them to another storage location.
  • Sometimes, simply restarting the server can clear up temporary issues.
  • Ensure the OData data source is correctly configured and that there are no additional issues with it. You might need to check for updates or patches for the OData service.
  • Make sure that the necessary permissions are set correctly for accessing the data source.
  • Make sure you're using the latest versions of Power BI Desktop and the On-Premises Data Gateway.

Additionally, you should look into Data Refresh. Refer to below links for more details :
