Hi,
I have to present below data (the list has 675 users) in various formats:
Course Title
User Name
Account Name
Location
How can I present one data for Location showing breakup? I am trying to present it in donught format but am unable to do that.
Another data for Account Name with User Name ie how can users are from which account?

Regarding your question, when Power Query creates a query, it will analyze whether the format of the first row is different from other rows. If it is different, that row will be used as the column name. However, Power Query is not 100% able to judge success, and sometimes you need to change it manually.

But why is my title in below image not taken as title instead they are included in 1st column.
What can I do to ensure that titles appear as title.

Regarding your question, do you want to group by account name and count the number of users of different accounts?
You can place the fields like this.

Why are my headers of Course Title, Full Name, Acount Name and Type not appearing as headers in below image. Instead they appear in row 1. Why such a discrepancy?
