Data Gateway Cluster- test specific gateway in the cluster?

When using a cluster, is there a way to direct queries to a specific cluster node to test it?

I added a new gateway to the cluster and I want to test to validate it is working properly.

I'm not sure how I can accomplish this other than disabling all the other gateways which doesn't seem ideal?

As far as I know it is not possible at the moment.

What I have done in the past is to wait for an existing refresh to be happening on one of the cluters (By logging into the On-Premise gateway server and view the Bandwidth and CPU for the MashupEngine.exe), and then start another refresh on an alternate dataset, which in theory then should go to the other gateway server.
