Data Flow and use of List

I have a table that I convert to list in Power Query Desktop and it works fine but when I do the same thing in Data Flow I get the following error.

This is not really helpful for me.

I want the list to be used as an input for a parameter, and this list needs to be updated frequently (every time a new user is added, let's say).

Any other idea on how to use updatable data for a parameter in Dataflow?
