Data Flow Use Case - Update a table in SQL Server based on result set from Teradata query

Hi,

I am new to the concept of data flows and exploring to see if data flows can solve this use case. So, my primary data source is Teradata and I have a query whose result set is used to update a table in SQL Server. And then my final result set is based on querying this table in SQL Server. I would like to build reports based upon this. Is there a way I can automate this kind of workflow (manually updating the table based upon the result set from another datasource) using Dataflows.

If Dataflows doesn't have this capability, is there a work around?

I tried to explore Power Automate but it seems like there are no templates for Teradata.

Looking for any suggestings. Thanks in advance!!!

Power BI is a reporting tool. It has very weak write-back capabilities (meaning it is good at reading data from data sources and bad at writing).

Dataflows are blob storage, they should not be (ab)used for any serious ETL work.

Use SSIS, Informatica, or any other "real"  process tool for your scenario.
