Data Flow Incremental Refresh - Service

Hi, all! 

I'm having a strange behavior using dataflow incremental refresh.

My data flow pushes data from an API. I use a list of dates + function to make the requests. This part works fine.

What is strange is that once in a while part of the data vanishes from the dashboards that uses data from the flow, but in service all data seems fine.

So in this situation i change the number of days in the field "refresh rows in the last:" on incremental refresh settings, refresh the flow and the database on the dashboards gets complete again... but after some days another part of data vanishes again. 

Is there any reason why this happens? How can I solve this for good?
