I'm trying to create dashboard on power BI service account this is the normal interface after publishing report
this is the one I gott I'm seeing an interface different from the normal one.

Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.
It looks like you are facing issues with side pane of your PowerBi Service UI. As @Idrissshatila suggested to make changes in View before sending it to PowerBi Service, you can also try to change the view from PowerBi Service too.
Even if this doesn't work, try to clear the cache data and reload PowerBi Service.

I've done that but the issue still persists. I want to know if there's a compatibility problem with windows 11 pro and power BI.

so first of all you need to close then filter pane before publishing, and also you need to select the page view to fit to width.
