Dashboard full screen issues

Hello,

I have noticed a specific issue when I do a presentation with a dashboard. 

1) I connect my computer to a display such as a tv in a conference room. 

2) I navigate to my dashboard and choose the full screen option. (google chrome as browser)

When I do this, I have noticed that my dashboard seems to get hung up quite often. The tiles are slow to load and sometimes even as I navigate to the bottom of my dashboard tiles just do not appear at all. Additionally, while navigating inside the reports underneath each tile, I am experiencing hang-ups as well. Once I close out of full screen this is no longer an issue. 

Has anyone experienced this issue before? I know that there could be more issues in play than just the power bi service but it seems odd that when I am not in full screen the dashboard works fine.

Hi @Anonymous,

Please upgrade the Chrome to the latest version. And I would suggest you file support ticket here. I can't reproduce this issue.
