Dashboard: Can create alerts to email you when certain conditions are met

Here shows it can be done https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-service-dashboards/ but can't find materials showing how?

 

How to set up alerts in dashboard to email me when specified conditions are met?
