When I try to process the table through SQL Server, the refresh failed immediately. The error message is DMTS_MonikerWithUnboundDataSources.
Is there anyone who have the same issue? how to resolve it?

I reproduced your problem in my testing.
Please check that you are the owner of the semantic model where the table being processed is located.
Then, check that the gateway connection and data source credentials for that semantic model are working.
You can reconnect to the data source.
