We are wanting a set of buttons that will leave all the buttons showing and not filter them based on other selections in the report.
e.g., we have a report with a set of buttons that shows 5 states and another set of buttons that shows 5 cities
when the states are clicked we would like the color to dim on non-selected buttons but still show them all
