Hello everyone,
I built a report with a custom visual (the Chiclet Slicer). I created a task in the app to send the report to my account in PDF.
The problem is that the visuals with the Slicer do not appear in the PDF but they appear in the APP. From what I undestand, if the visual is PBI Certified this shouldn't be an issue.
Is there anything that I'am missing or any option that I need to activate that I'm not doing?
Thanks!

Hi @Anonymous ,
Please check if the "Allow visuals created using the Power BI SDK" in Admin Portal -> tenant setting is enabled. Also check if the "Add and use certified visuals only" is enabled, if you are only using certifications. If you have R or Python in the visual, you have to enable that setting as well.
Best Regards,
Jay

Hi @Anonymous
Last I read custom visuals are not supported in subscriptions?
They should... That is why I can't find the reason to when I export the pdf it return a blank space in place of the chiclet slicer...
Is there any option that I need to activate?
