Creating a variable for 2 tables in advanced editor view

All,

I have this one table ProjectDetails , I am importing all projects since I left it blank. This is connected to "Project" tab which has visuals and a slicer

I have this other table Samples, where I used a fixed number for project because this has too many rows and it will time out if I leave blank. This is connected to "Samples" tab which has some visuals and a slicer.

My goal is to search a project from table 1 slicer and this project should insert into "Samples" and filter it to show all the visuals accordingly. Is this possible?

Hi @aishak12

I think this could be done using dynamic parameters here or details on how to achieve this. Dynamic M query parameters in Power BI Desktop - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
