Create App option

Whether Create App option is only available for pro users/accounts.

Kindly suggest as I am not getting "Create App " option in my account

Hi. Power Bi Apps is a feature of Collaborative Workspaces. PRO accounts are the only users that can create them. Then if the workspace is a premium one, the app can be shared with free. If it's not premium, then only pro accounts can see the app.
